Identity of the data controller

Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by Piksel Bayt Teknoloji Limited Şirketi as data controller, within the scope described below.

Personal data processed

Only data you submit is collected through this website. In the meeting request and contact forms: full name, organisation name, email address, optional phone number, the subject you select and the message content.

For newsletter subscription: the email address only.

Regarding site usage: strictly necessary cookies and — with your explicit consent — non-identifying usage data obtained through measurement cookies. There is no authentication, membership or payment processing on this site.

Purposes and legal grounds

Form data is processed to assess your request and respond to you. The legal grounds are Article 5/2-c (directly related to the formation or performance of a contract) and Article 5/2-f (legitimate interest) of the KVKK.

Newsletter subscription rests solely on your explicit consent (Article 5/1). You may withdraw consent via the link in every newsletter.

Measurement cookies rest on explicit consent. Strictly necessary cookies fall under legitimate interest as they are required for the site to function.

Retention period

Form data is retained for a maximum of two years from conclusion of the request; where a commercial relationship is established, the retention periods required by applicable legislation apply.

Newsletter records are retained until consent is withdrawn. Measurement data is deleted after a maximum of fourteen months.

Third parties

Your personal data may be transferred, only to the extent the service requires, to the providers we work with for email delivery infrastructure, for hosting and securing the site, and for displaying the location map on the contact page. Provider servers may be located abroad; transfers are made under Article 9 of the KVKK and only to the extent the service requires. A current list of these providers is shared on request via [email protected].

Your personal data is not otherwise shared with third parties, sold, or used for advertising purposes.

Rights of the data subject

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is processed; request information if it has been; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad; request correction if processed incompletely or inaccurately; request erasure or destruction; request that these operations be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred; object to an outcome against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems; and claim compensation where you suffer damage.
